This database provides a convenient way of storing data pertinent to an HSE Explosive Licence for a factory or magazine site, and to produce reports and schedules acceptable by HSE for formal licence application. In addition the databases store information about processes, Q/D relationships, COSHH and operating procedures, all of which have application under MHSWR as well as the explosives licence.
