Explosive Consultancy

The seemingly exponential growth in legislation affecting the Explosives Industry means that it is very difficult for companies, particularly smaller companies, to keep up to date with thier responsibilities.

Furthermore, the expertise needed to determine how to best to implement new requirements is often difficult to come by.

Davas is in a unique position to be able to offer consultancy, especially for smaller members of the industry. We are members of the Explosive Industry Group (EIG) of the CBI and sit on the EIG General Management Committee.

Davas

• are licencing several explosives sites for clients, either via HSE or Local Authority licences.
  
• developed the Explosive Safety Management CD Rom for the CBI - details of which are available from the EIG direct.
  
• are also able to act as Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors
  
• are also able to act as Retained Consultants to the explosives and fireworks industry.
